The Ritual Terms
Your covenant with the Oracle in accordance with UK Consumer Rights.
1. The Digital Service
The Baby Name Oracle provides bespoke, AI-generated naming curosis (the "Scroll"). By initiating the ritual, you agree to receive a personalized digital file. Every scroll is unique, and as such, it is a custom created digital good.
2. Payment & Tributes
A tribute of £7.00 is required to invoke the Oracle. This fee covers the intellectual and computational resources used to weave your names together. Charges are final upon completion of the generation process.
3. Delivery
The completed Oracle Scroll should be delivered within 10 minutes of a successful ritual completion. If the stars align poorly and technical failures prevent delivery, we will re-send your scroll manually upon request.
4. Refund & Cancellation
In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you acknowledge that by clicking "Invoke the Oracle", you are requesting immediate access to personalized digital content. Therefore, once the generation has commenced, your right to a 14-day cancellation period is waived. Refunds will only be issued if the Oracle fails to deliver your scroll as promised.
5. Intellectual Property
The Oracle Scroll is for your personal use only. The design, logos, and the poetic voice of the Oracle are intellectual properties of the sanctuary's creator.
6. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the sanctuary's use will fall under the jurisdiction of the English courts.
