How the Oracle guards your details in accordance with the laws of the realm (GDPR).
1. Data Collected
During your consultation, the Oracle asks for your email address, family names, and personal context. This data is used solely to generate and deliver your bespoke Oracle Scroll. We do not sell your soul (or your data) to third-party merchants.
2. Lawful Basis for Processing
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process your data based on Contractual Necessity (to deliver the ritual you have paid for) and Consent (for any optional context you provide).
3. Data Retention
We keep your consultation data only as long as necessary to ensure your scroll is delivered and to resolve any technical issues. Following the completion of the ritual, records are arched and eventually returned to the void.
4. Your Rights
Under UK law, you have the right to request access to your data, correction of errors, or the erasure of your records from the Oracle's memory. To exercise these rights, send a message to: hello@babynameoracle.co.uk
5. Payment Security
All financial tributes are processed through Stripe. The Oracle does not store your credit card details; they are held within the ironclad vaults of our payment provider.
